Great Clips

Went to my regular salon and since it was almost closing time they didn't want my business. So I looked on Google and found this salon close by. They took me last minute no questions asked. They got me in and out quickly no problem as it was just a basic simple haircut. Ask for Leah. She's very professional. This place just gave me a good vibe.

I’ve had multiple terrible experiences at this Great Clips located next to the Hen House on 87th Street Parkway (in the Lenexa/Shawnee area). The staff was consistently rude, and there were arguments during visits. After avoiding the place for several months hoping things might improve, I decided to give it another try for my kids’ haircuts. Unfortunately, the same issues persisted—rude staff and unnecessary arguing. I won’t be returning.

My son went in here for a haircut. Stephane did his haircut. She was rude and she was confusing to my son. She would ask him a question and he didn’t understand what she was asking. Then she seemed to get upset when he didn’t understand. Then had the audacity to ask how old he was. Definitely won’t let he cut our hair again. Very disappointed. I’ve been here before and others were great.

Tristan was great with my son. We got in quickly & had a blast talking and laughing through his haircut. I'm glad we went to Great Clips!

Have been going to Great Clips now for four years at 87th and Lackman. Like the Senior discount and ease of making an appointment using my phone.
