Great Clips

Terri did a beautiful job cutting my hair. My hair has not felt or looked this good in a while. I have been there before several months ago and had Meme cut my hair. She too did an excellent job. The salon is clean the staff is friendly and have made my hair look and feel terrific!!

Took my 12 yo son in for a hair cut yesterday. He had that shaggy skater boy hair style. When the stylist took us back, the stylist asked if we still wanted to do a 4 blade trim on the sides (he'd dont that YEARS ago when he was smaller). I said actually, my kid wanted to take 1/2 his length off all the way around. Stylist acted like he understood and didnt ask questions so I sit down. I look back up and the stylist is buzzing the side of my kid's head! And the kid is 12 so he doesn't like confrontation with unknown adults, so he didnt speak up. And once that first buzz is done, you cant put the hair back on his head. The top is an ok length, tho I still think shorter than the kid wanted. Once they were done, my non-confrontational kid said he was ok with it, but later tells me its shorte

We moved to New Kent 2.5 years ago, I have been seeing Miss Betsy since then at the Mechanicsville (Creighton Pkwy) store . I had a regular cutter at Libbie Place (Miss Linda) for several years before Betsy. Both these ladies do a great job, they are wonderful to talk to, and these 2 stores have a lot of very efficient and all around good employees! I highly recommend both locations.

A lady cut my bonus kids hair and did a HORRIBLE job. His step dad ended up cutting the whole back short because of the botch. $20 wasted down the drain. Never come here!!

The place is clean, and the staff were nice. BUT I received the WORST haircut in my life there. I had to cut it short and restart. If you value your hair for a style DO NOT go there.
