Great Clips

Got my hair styled for my maternity pictures and I could not be more pleased with how it turned out!! Thank you so much, Skyla for making me feel pretty on my special day!!

As always we had a great experience at this Great Clips location. The staff (special mention to Skyla) was friendly, welcoming, and really listened to what my son wanted. My kids haircut came out clean and exactly the way he pictured it. The place was tidy, the wait time was reasonable, and the whole visit felt easy and stress‑free. Definitely coming back every single time.

Jessica did not do what we asked her to do with my son’s hair. We showed her a photo of a low taper fade and asked her to purposefully keep the bulk of his hair on the top and back. Myself and my son both said his cowlick was super high and to please not cut close to it. She literally shaved up to his cowlick. The back of his head was all a single 1 inch, not a fade at all and she cut WAY too much of his hair off. After I saw how much she had shaved the back, I went up and asked her not to cut any off the top and front. She apologized at check out, but didn’t offer to give us a discount. We will not be back to Great Clips. The first photo is what we showed her, the 2nd is my son after the cut she gave him. Not happy.

This was hands down the worst hair cut I've ever had. I asked for a wash and cut but the stylist seemed "out of it" and said okay but then just sat me in her chair and started cutting my dry hair. I asked again if I could get a wash before we started and she said yes but just kept cutting. I let her get through a trim but then I just said I'm good and left. I'll for sure never go back here. It was just an odd interaction, I'm not judging but the stylist just seemed super detached and zoned out. She didn't speak to me at all.

9 years ive been coming to greatclips. So im going to give them 2 stars instead of one because genuinely there are some good barbers, but the one i had today i don’t remember her name but she absolutely ruined my hair and gave lots of attitude when i asked her to do something. We are paying them for their service and I feel that I have the right to tell her what to do with MY body and I also said it very respectfully. So now i have school in two days and i don’t know what to do. I hope it comes to the stores attention that some of the barbers need to be better trained and also make sure they aren’t disrespectful to clients especially since WE are paying for the service they give. I will not be coming back to any greatclips ever again because repeatedly over the past couple of years I’ve be
