Great Clips

I love this Great Clips location in Belle Hall complex in Mt. Pleasant. Ashley and her team are great. I have been getting my haircut there for the last 4 years. I highly recommend this location but use the Great Clips app to reserve your place in line, typically over 60 minutes wait.

The staff at Great Clips were amazing! Once they knew my son is autistic, the stylist listened carefully and cut his hair with incredible care. Truly patient and thoughtful, highly recommend!

I checked in online and was 17th on the list. When it was close to my time I headed over to the salon. It was around 5:15 pm. When I got there I saw a small sign on the counter saying there would be no service for hair styling their last hour, which meant after 6:00, since they close at 7:00. When I mentioned to the stylist at the counter that I was needing a cut and styling, she said they would not take me. She said she was heading home and she didn’t want a stylist taking too much time on me. (There were two other stylists there and only one man waiting.) When I pointed out it was still nearly two hours before closing, she still refused.

so disappointing. I asked for shoulder length and layers down to my nose and left with hair that is chin length and basically bangs. I am so upset
