Great Clips

I've been going to this location for nearly 10 years. Never had a bad experience; however, it seems like there is a new person working there each time i go in (every couple of months). Best advise is to use the app to get on the waiting list.

I have usually always had good experiences here but today I was really frustrated. I checked in online and it said 30 mins we will reserve your spot. At 15 mins it said come over your next so I went over it took 5 mins to get there I checked in and sat down, but the older lady just skipped over me and went to the number 3 person instead. They obviously knew each other the way they talked to each other and it just made me mad the only reason I gave a 3 star was the other lady the was very nice and professional. 1/8/26 at 1pm

I guess an online check in doesn't matter here. Get a text to arrive in 10 minutes, show up in 8. Go inside to be told sorry someone was waiting it'll be another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later they put the 3rd person in a chair and not my daughter. This location will never have my service. Terrible just utterly terrible. I will be filing a complaint to corporate on Monday. I used great clips for over 20 years loyally until today.

This place was amazing! My 3-year-old finally decided it was time to try to cut her own hair. My daughter has long hair with her bangs going past her eyes. She cut her bangs all the way down to her scalp with maybe a half inch of hair left and took out a chunk of hair on the right side of her head. These women came together and fixed my daughter's hair and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They put a smile back on my daughter's face, what else could a father ask for. Thank you guys you have definitely made a return customer without a doubt!

Josie did a fantastic job on my hair! I’m new to the area and I have had the same lady cutting my hair for 15 years. I was super nervous to have anyone else touch my hair and have it look good. I had 12 inches cut off, and I was not disappointed. She truly loves what she does and spends so much time and detail to make it perfect. I’m so grateful I found someone that I love!
