99% of the time I just cut my own hair but every once in awhile I just don't feel like messing with it. It's nice being able to go in and tell them exactly what I want and then having them do it as described.

Lin is great! I came in and she took me immediately and listened to what I wanted. She provided helpful suggestions to match my vision with what would look best. My hair turned out wonderfully.

I have used this location multiple times. On average the stylist are pretty friendly and the customer service ok. That wasn't the case today! I checked in online and it showed no wait. I arrived within ten minutes. There was a gentleman getting a cut which was fine. Normally there are multiple people working. There was one person. She didn't greet me, just a look. After 3 minutes she ask if I check in online and went back to her customer. Thinking she was the only one, this was fine. After she finished up. She then went to the back out a broom, sweep, went back to the room and got another person. I have now waiting all this time and there are other stylist who could have cut my hair?? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Give it 30 days. Another batch will be there....

I have updated my review with an email I received from the “salon” owner. I brought four kids in to get their hair cut. This is what two of them left with. A shaved spot (that I wasn’t even informed of, they HID it from me!) and completely uneven cuts. Truly awful and now I have to pay someone else to fix this mistake. With four kids, I spent $100 to get this all done, I am so disappointed. This is super upsetting as we go back to school next week.

Got in quickly. Place was clean and organized 👌 Got a great haircut for a great price! Happy experience. Will go again next time I'm in town.
