Great Clips

Cut my hair just the way I like it. The person who cut my hair was very friendly, great conversation. The time it took for hair cut was just right, not excessively long. I always get my eyebrows trimmed as they grow fast. I used the online check-in through their Great Clips App (highly recommend). I walked in, was asked if I checked in online. I said yes and off I go for hair cut.

Went in a few days ago to see Jewlia because she always does my entire family’s hair. Shes great with kids and adults, unlike most of the stylists at this store. When I asked when she would be in all I got was a mean “she quit” and the stylist walked away. I had to ask and ask about where she went, and finally got an answer (which was the Rosana square location that just opened) but the stylist kept saying that she could do my hair just as good. Judging by the look on her clients face I highly doubted it so I just drove the 2 miles down the street to the Rosana square great clips to see her. A much brighter, cleaner, nicer store with staff that seem like they actually value their customers and job.

I am beyond disappointed with the service i received here. This store needs to be reported to the state because of how unsanitary and hairy everything is. The workers seem like they hate their jobs and the employers seem like they hate their employees. I have never been to a great clips that shows this level of unprofessionalism. every time i find a stylist at this store i like, they end up going to another store because of the disgusting and disrespectful conditions. avoid this salon at all costs unless you want ringworm and lice. I wish i was lying.

Didn’t meet the expectations, somehow missed what I repeatedly asked. But the individual is halfwitted enough to point out an insensitive comment about ethnicity and food habits(not at all relevant at that conversation)

Wonderful service. Lucky to have Ellie as the stylist, her attention to detail is great!
