Great Clips

I’ve been a long-time customer and kept going mainly for convenience, even though the haircuts were often mediocre. Today’s experience was unacceptable. The stylist was clearly in a rush, didn’t check the notes for my usual cut, rushed through the service, and moved on to the next customer before finishing properly. On top of that, this location has repeatedly refused to accept Great Clips coupons emailed to me that state they’re valid at any U.S. location. After today, I won’t be coming back.

UPDATE: I was finally lucky enough to reach Georgia who got me in touch with Brenda. She resolved the problems. Also Nanette was warm and kind. They ruined my hair and refused to refund a hair product that I returned.

I’ve been a long-time customer of Great Clips and use their app with my phone and email already on file. Today I was refused a haircut at Bethany location because I wouldn’t provide my home address — which honestly makes no sense for a haircut. I’ve seen other reviews from people with the same issue. I’d appreciate a real explanation of this policy instead of the same copy-and-paste “contact customer service” reply. Loyal customers deserve transparency.

I usually get my haircuts at the Great Clips in Bethany Village since it's close to home. They're decent overall, but today (just an hour ago) I had the worst haircut of my life. The stylist, I think her name was Julie, seemed impatient and rushed through it without listening to me. I specifically asked her not to shorten the length at the back because I was growing it out—she said "okay," but then went ahead with the trimmer anyway and casually said "oh sorry, I cut it." She didn't even finish the sides properly before declaring it done. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix this mess. Terrible service today—I'm requesting a refund!

I’ve been going to Great Clips for over 20 years, but this Bethany location has completely gone downhill. I took my son in for a haircut, and the stylist was unbelievably rude and clearly in a rush. She barely took her time, didn’t clean him up properly, and acted like she couldn’t care less. When I asked about it, she blamed her clippers for not working — seriously? Shouldn’t the staff make sure their tools are in working order before starting a haircut? Totally unacceptable. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Great Clips. I will never go back to this location.
