My. Hair really needed to be trimmed. Did not have an appointment. Vee Vee did a great job. Spent under $20.00. Gave her a tip. I think it is preferred appointments. About, they take walk-ins also. Great people with the know how of what they are doing. Even got a coupon for next time. Thanks Vee Vee! 😊
Of all the Great Clips locations in the Portsmouth / Chesapeake area, this one is the best.
Was nervous about a walkin trim but RiRi delivered and exceeded my expectation. The service was great the atmosphere was warm and I will be back !
Nikki gave me a great haircut and was very friendly!
Normally, this place is amazing with service provided, but today i went in to get an easy haircut, high and tight. The lady that cut my hair left an entire clump in the back, uneven line and half of it had a different length. She didnt even fade it after i asked 2x or blend it in at the top. Basically missed the entire back of my head. I asked multiple times for her to fix what was wrong and it was never fixed.
