We have gone to great clips for over 20 years. They have done our whole family, my teen children still go there. We trust them, they do a good job. Yes, you need to tell them what you want done, but always have had a good experience. Many of the staff have been there since I have been going. Sure, a few new ones too- but you can wait for a particular stylist if you prefer them to cut your hair. Check in o line is simple, easy and a HUGE time saver- highly recommend it. No more waiting inside.

Terrible experience. Even if the cost was free I still would not go. They obviously have ZERO experience with middle part hairstyles as I came back with what looked like only half my hair was cut. They did not do what I had asked and I had to fix it by giving myself a haircut at home. I hope this review reaches people because unless you are getting something simple like a buzz cut, the haircut will NOT be "great".
