Great Clips

I hope I get her name right.....Today I went to get a haircut. I wasn't expecting much. I haven't had very good luck in the past. Today Miranda cut my hair. In case I get her name wrong she was a smaller, young hispanic. SHE DONE AMAZING!!! Way better than the people at the high dollar salons I use to go to. Please do what you can to keep her so I can keep coming back lol. Also a big thank you to the other stylist who recommended her. I was explaining how my haircut was a difficult one and asking who would do it best.

Worst haircut of my life by a guy that works there. Layers were way too short and choppy. Going to have to go to another salon to get it fixed. Asked him if he has cut women’s hair before and said yes. Asked for long layers and get short layers. He seemed to style it how he wanted to and not how the client/ me wanted it. Never had bad experience before but this guy cannot cut hair.

Extraordinary service almost no wait time because the check in ahead process via their website. Jordan is extraordinary and she does everyone in my families hair..my kids, myself and my husband. She truly takes her time and goes above and beyond and the prices are beyond unbeatable.

I use them largely because of the online check-in so I don't need an appointment or wait. Staff seems to be retained pretty well, I live closer to the Bentonville location, but have had better experiences at the Rogers one overall.

bad haircut! Looks like she slipped with the clippers and took a spot out on the side of my head. I think she was in too big of a hurry because she usually does a good job. waiting for the hair to grow out to get it evened out.
