Went in to get a fresh new look for myself, came out with the same haircut I had before. Stylist refused to cut my hair how I asked for it to be cut due to her personal preference of long hair. I felt intimidated to not say anything out of fear my hair cut may have been messed up. So I wasted money to get the opposite of what I wanted.

So far, this has been the worst salon experience I've had. The customer service was disappointing from the start. A guy named D handled my haircut, and the quality was poor. I had to point out several missed areas myself, which should never be the case at a professional salon. He seemed rushed the entire time and didn’t take the time to ensure the cut was done properly. Once he was “finished,” he didn’t even offer me a hair dryer or any basic finishing service. Just terrible service overall — I won’t be returning.

I just got the most simple haircut 💈 ever, and the girl did it wrong!¡! And to think, that I had to pay $23 dollars for it🤬 If you need to choose between throwing into the trash 🗑️$23 dollars and getting a haircut there it would make no difference!

Long wait due to sometimes only one employee. Great location, pity about failed staff retention.

Pretty good haircut at a reasonable price. Convenient location. Friendly staff. The downside is the wait. Fortunately, they have the online wait list. Arrived at my allotted time and only had to wait five minutes, pretty good. They only have two people working. The stylists said they were understaffed. So goes the world.
