Brandy was fantastic. I’m from out of town for a brother’s celebration of life and Brandy was exceptional: friendly, positive, perfect conversationalist given circumstances, and exceedingly good haircut to boot. Best hair stylist I’ve had in 25+ years. Highly recommend. In fact, I now wait to get my haircut until I fly back into DSM for east coast!! Highly recommend this hair stylist / friendly-therapist!

Told the person cutting my hair that I wanted a 1 guard on the sides and back and to not touch anywhere else. Proceeds to do nothing remotely close to what I said. Cuts my bangs straight across, giving me the bowl cut look. Thins out the top. Gives me around a 3 guard on the sides and back. I still tipped them for their time. The bangs are horrible. The sides and back was okay. I didn't want to make a big deal because there were a lot of people and it is the holidays but I was really annoyed. There was also nothing that could be done at that point so why even bother making a scene. I now put gel to keep my bangs up from looking absolutely horrendous and unprofessional for work. This review will be a reminder for me to never come back here. Listen to your customers and dont do more than

Date night was quickly approaching, and I needed a haircut just to be my best. I was in a hurry, so I utilized Great Clips' online check-in app, and this was the closest location with merely a 14 minute wait. I arrived shortly thereafter and got in and out in a short amount of time. The best part is I take advantage of some of the generous deals they offer, and the haircut only cost me $13.99 plus tax and a generous tip. Win for Great Clips.

Gotten my hair cut twice at this location by Jennifer and best haircuts I've gotten for along time. Nice clean cheerful shop. Will definitely be going back
