Great Nails

I went in today and got a full set with a regular nail polish for $35 paid seven dollars to have my old nails taken off and then another seven dollars have stickers put on two fingers so it came out to a total of $49 which was great the price I’m not concerned about the quality of the work however is not the best I’ve ever gotten there. This is my third time going there and it is the worst nail job I’ve gotten from them. My color keeps getting imprint on it. It looks really dull instead of shiny when it was drying he told me to wait 30 minutes. I did. I went inside his bathroom, came back out and realized there was denim imprint in my nail polish. I went for a mani pedi and it was terrific! Lily did my manicure and was gentle and very meticulous. Nails look great. Cynthia took care of my pedicure and did a great job. She too was very gentle and meticulous. She gave a great massage and hot stone treatment. Thanks Ladies!!!

I have had a really bad day because a lot has been going on. I just lost my dad and of course me waiting until the last minute to get my nails done. Well Johnny took care of me. When other nail places said they close right at 7pm and I was there 15 min before they close. This man took care of me. He said come in I will do your nails. I will come here from now on because that was so thoughtful and generous of him to stay late for me. Wow! If that's not amazing customer service I don't know what is. They will now have a forever new customer. Elysian just lost me. Thank you Great Nails!! Thank you Johnny.❤😭🙏

I have been coming to Great Nails for about a year now. And my service has been really great at times and other times it seemed rushed. (I get it they are busy, this is one of the best nail salons in town and this is a business after all! - Not putting anyone down for it just being honest❤️.) All that to say… Ray who did my pedicure today was hands down the best experience I have had since coming to great nails, he took his time during my citrus pedicure and it felt amazing! After a long stressful week at work this is exactly what I needed. 🙌😌I will be requesting him every time! He also did a great job on my gel French tips so I am happy! Thank you Ray!

Went for a regular nail polish pedicure and a gel manicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure was using the drill to do my cuticles and hurt my skin, which made me flinch and say "ouch." I'm praying it doesn't get infected. The lady at the station next to the sink did my manicure, and my gel peeled off within two days. I called, and Johnny did fix my nails, but they started to chip again. I don't know if they are using cheap nail polish or watering their products down, but I've never had my gel peel off within days. I'm only giving two stars because I paid so much money for the services and my gel didn't last. Also, the nail polish is kind of bumpy.
