I came here because my friend wanted to get her toes done and I agreed to meet with her there. She booked us with 2 guys: Matt and Patrick, they were very quiet and seemed bothered when we asked them questions. The foot massage was good, I was sore for a day or two after it. But the price is ridiculously high. I paid $70 for each pedicure which for using cat eye polish on short nails they charged us $10 extra. Not worth the money, I can find places that are cheaper and provide better customer service. I won’t be back. The ambiance is good, they have a nice aquarium and the place looks clean, however the prices and the attitude of the employees is preventing me for coming back to this place.
Not satisfied at all. This is one week and when my sister in law asked where did you go for your pedicure it looks like they didn’t care the way they painted your toe nails almost like they were in a hurry…. I was so embarrassed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The woman who did my toes honestly should not have been painting and I should’ve spoke up at the time but I was exhausted after working 10 hours.
One of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. My cuticles are totally chewed up and the polish is uneven and on my cuticles. They were very friendly but not a good manicure at all. Edit: 30 minutes post-manicure they’re already chipped. Total waste of money.
They seem not super welcoming to POC. I also just recovered from a cuticle infection (paronychia) & I’m pretty confident I got it from this place which caused my finger to turn green & swell (very painful ), so I wouldn’t recommend. I went back and alerted them about the infection and they didn’t seem to care or acted like they didn’t understand what I was saying.
I went in for a manicure/pedicure and they did such a great job! The employees were so friendly and welcoming. They really go above and beyond with their services. I didn't feel like they were rushing or annoyed. They were busy and still managed to get myself and others in a timely manner. I paid $85 for the gel manicure/pedicure. The atmosphere is nice. The soft lighting makes you feel even more relaxed. This is definitely my new spot!
