Great Wall Foot Spa

It was Saturday morning and I was the only client in the place. I had a young man do my pedicure. He did not say a single word to me in the 15 minutes it took to do my pedicure. Felt as though he didn’t want to touch my feet, and there is nothing wrong with my feet. Then sent me to table for Polish to dry and he did a tap on the shoulder and left the room, I was left sitting there. A young woman came in a minutes later and said hello - I told her I was not at all happy and she came over said all set, Have a nice day. I’ve been going there for several years, always enjoyed the fact that they go above and beyond to please. Nice foot scrub, leg rib and quick shoulder massage while nails dry. Not sure what has changed but I won’t be going back unfortunately 😞

The manicure was poorly done. Polish not to the edge of the nails.I dont know what they put on my nails for a gel manicure but it will not come off. It was not a brand ive ever heard of. Ive soaked in straight acetone for hours, multiple times. At this point I will just have to let it grow out to get rid of it. I wont go back.

Very unprofessional experience. I had an appointment that was forgotten, and once I was finally taken, the service felt rushed and tense. The technician seemed irritated the entire time, which made the experience uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. For the price they charge, the quality and service are not worth it. Do not waste your time here—there are several better options in the area.

The shop was filled with a nauseating smell, there was a puddle of an unknown white liquid on the bed, and all the staff had gloomy expressions, creating a very oppressive atmosphere. They even touched my buttocks and private parts, which terrified me, and I immediately ran out.
