Valley Wellness Center: My massage therapist, Valerie, was spectacular as always! She targets my areas of concern and the pressure she uses is exceedingly the best! I have found my forever Massage Therapist that I will keep going back to over and over again! 5 Stars all the way around!

Another amazing massage by Valerie- she really helped me alleviate a painful muscle cramp I had for several days. I so look forward to a monthly massage by her at VWC. It's therapy for me! Can't recommend Val enough!! I've been to massages at five-star spas, and the service that Val provides is far beyond any of those. She's able to adjust to the stregth you need and will have you leaving feeling like a brand new person. My husband and I had the couples massage. Both therapists were thorough and skilled in their services. Attentive to our needs. Check ins as needed keeping the environment quiet and relaxing. Room set up provided a calming and relaxing environment.

Since I'm a member at Valley wellness center being able to book a haircut at the same place I work out is super convenient. The staff at the green room are great and the prices are competitive to any other salon. Another benefit if you have young kids and your members you can drop the kids off at kids club while you get your service done. That's a great perk.
