Greenfield Nails

Went here to get my nails done for the first time in 2 years. I was highly disappointed. I spent $80 here (nails were $67, I tipped $13). I had picked out a design and showed her a picture. Nail tech was very rude. Rolling her eyes when I asked her to cut nails shorter. Ended up letting her leave them longer than I wanted. Within a few days one of my nails popped off completely and others were loose. I got acrylic nails. I went back to this salon to get my nail fixed and she fixed the one nail I had completely missing but completly ignored the fact I showed her others were loose. Less than 7 days after getting my nails done, I found a different salon to go to. The tech said they couldn't fix the nails the tech at Greenfield nails had done as they had been done extremely poorly. So he

I made an appointment weeks in advance for a mani/pedi at 10:00am (when they open) on Friday. I arrived 5 minutes early. However, I wasn’t seated until 10:40am and didn’t see a nail tech until 10:55am because they took walk-ins before me (and 2 others who also had appointments). Communication was very poor and they even treated the walk-in customers as if it were their fault, not the employee’s fault. This was for my wedding the following day. My nails didn’t even last 24 hours. This is what they looked like 48 hours afterwards.

I was able to make an appointment but was terribly disappointed with the quality of the acrylic nails/polish service I received at Greenfield Nails. This is the first time I visited this salon and I found it to be very dirty and messy. The man that did my nails was very rough and nicked my cuticles when he filed them. Afterwards, my nails looked so short and thick. As you can see in the picture they left residue under my nails too. The staff was definitely NOT friendly. I will not be back. You are going to pay about the same price everywhere. I will drive a little to get better quality and service!

If you visit when it isn't their busiest time, this place is great. I have gone to many nail places in Greenfield, and Greenfield Nails is the absolute best! My Nails are always done great, look natural and last a long time. Felt they were rude at one time, it was busy then, and stopped going for a few months. My Nails never looked or felt good, so I decided to go back! Glad I did, my Nails look and feel great! My nail tech was sweet and really nice! I will continue to go there!

They didn’t paint well at all and was very rude! And didn’t want to fix it. They said this was the last time that they were going to fix it! They were talking in their language and didn’t think I wasn’t going to say anything I had to have my Caregiver talk to them and they were not nice at all!
