I spent a week in New York and decided to visit this hair salon for the very first time with my aunt. From the moment I walked in, the staffs treated me with such warmth and professionalism that I instantly felt at ease. During my stay, I dyed my hair to match one of the staff members' beautiful colour, and the result in the end was stunning. My hair came out vibrant, healthy and exactly how I wanted. Thank you very much for such a wonderful and unforgetful experience

Lady was rude from the beginning. Standing in the door as if I was there to unalive her, even after telling her I had called earlier for wash and set . No products for African American hair . No detangling during conditioning, had a tangle and she used the smallest comb to comb the end of it .. hair was shoottttt ... I now see why it's always empty .

I went to this salon on April 11th to get my hair washed and blow dried and I did not enjoy the experience. the worker was mad rude. After she finished flat iron my hair she didn’t even spray it or ask me if I like it or its there anything I wanted her to fix like basically to make sure I’m satisfied as a client. She just finished and say ‘’ Ready’’. I didn’t feel valued as a customer she also had an attitude the whole time she was servicing me.

I’m not sure what was the stylist name, but she’s a young lady. She also didn’t speak much English, so there was a language barrier. I also, used my own products , which had to be used in a certain order. She was getting frustrated with me because she didn’t know the order and I was telling her how to use it. Why get upset if I’m letting you know how to use my products ON MY HAIR! My hair is a 4b-4c texture, and she was combing out my hair a little too hard which was hurting , i’m telling her that its hurting and she continues because she didn’t understand what i was saying. Overall my hair came out ok, she barely even bumped my hair properly. I also said thank you twice and she completely ignored me, which is rude. The owner has to have someone that speaks better English in the shop and
