All inclusive pricing made it easy for my bridal party to get exactly what they wanted without adding on for different services like lashes. Katie stayed with me all day on my wedding day for touch ups after pictures and after the ceremony for a hair and makeup change. There is no one better in WNY!

Kassie is a gem! She took my bridal vision and amplified it times a thousand! I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup, both of which withstood 85° heat and humidity with a whole lotta dancing! I highly recommend.

Groom Service is such a gorgeous little salon! I had a blowout and style, as well as full face makeup done for a family wedding, and Cassie and Tiffany made sure I looked perfect. When I arrived, there was a party of bridesmaids getting their finishing touches, but the salon staff made sure my appointment still started promptly. I started with Tiffany, and she completely understood the makeup look I was going for and customized everything to my skin type, tone and color. She was very patient with me and checked all along the way that she was achieving the look I was going for. Horrible customer service, no one’s texts back, they tell you when you message on Instagram to text them, no phone number to call, save your time and find a salon where they know basic skills, like answering a phone

Kassie at groom service made such a difference on my wedding day morning, in all the craziness she was so helpful and went out of her way to do extra, make sure I was good and was so supportive and reassuring. She checked in with me week of and was so genuine and sweet, she got me so excited. I just really appreciated all of her kindness and patience, let alone skill which I already knew she was going to come through on and she did not disappoint. Everyone’s hair was absolutely gorgeous. Really just someone I won’t forget and am so thankful for finding.
