Groovy Hair and Beauty Supply

I'm so happy I found this place this morning! I didn’t know it was there and thanks to Google maps I now have a new beauty supply to go to. The owners are very kind and professional. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and offered me help. I found everything I needed for my clients today. Definitely check them out!

If I could give me place a 0 stars I would! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased what was presented to me as hair oil. After getting home and opening it, I realized it was actually a pre-poo treatment ...clearly labeled as such in the directions. I returned within just a few days with my receipt, not asking for a refund, but simply requesting an exchange for the correct product. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any form of reasonable customer service, the husband immediately became dismissive and argumentative. He insisted it was oil, even after I read the directions aloud that clearly stated otherwise. The tone was condescending and unnecessarily hostile over a simple exchange. I was then told "all sales

First visit to this shop and I will definitely be back. While the store is small and the selection is more curated than some other stores, the owners are so friendly and helpful! They have a nice selection of products - hair products and hair, wigs, and a lot that I didn't focus in on because I came in for one specific item. The owners are knowledgeable and helped steer me to what I needed without any pressure. It was a pleasure!
