They basically only want to deal with regulars who let them talk and handle them any kind of way

This nail shop has horrible Customer Service!!!!!!! I went there 4-3-23 around 2:50pm-6-35pm on a Wednesday. I got full set gel nails, two designs, pedicure, two designs. I wanted my eyebrows arched, but they refuse to arch them, because I wanted it done with an archer, because when the lady wax my brows they were two different arches. I had an horrible experience here!!! I got Banned from this nails shop because I complained about my designs being different on my toes. The lady tech did it I twice and still they resemble what so ever. I asked the tech to just paint them plain. They did not give me my money back nor design on my toes. I asked the customer sitting next to me to explain to the lady about the design she did. The tech play like she didn’t understand. So I was talking to the

NEVER AGAIN! i waited for 2 hours for my toes done. THEY LET THREE PEOPLE SKIP ME. when i asked the older lady about it she said "they we're here first" but clearly i was there, even another customer said it! i told them something when i had been skipped by two people but then a third skipped me. I left very unsatisfied! I've been going here for atleast 7 years now & i've never had any bad business. But after today I will NOT be coming back!!!!!!!

Guarantee Nails do not have respect for there customers. They talk to you crazy when you trying to spend your money with them. Today was the very last day I’ll walk in there business. One of the brothers was going to do me and my daughters nails then the other brother came from the back and said no we ain’t doing y’all’s nails regular customers only with a nasty attitude.
