Guerlain Wellness Spa at Waldorf Astoria New York

A wonderful experience - I had a massage with Elizabeth who is not only a fantastic massage therapist but also is a wonderful person. She made me feel so welcome & comfortable which completely made my experience at the spa! I had a one hour facial in addition to my massage, the therapist who performed the facial was sweet but it wasn’t the best treatment I’ve had (a little rough) & therefore I wouldn't book this again. That being said, I will certainly be booking a massage with the lovely Elizabeth moving forward. Also worth noting the ladies on reception were super helpful & attentive. Look forward to returning! 😊

Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special with champagne and treats, and my wife and I both had incredible masseuses—each with over 12 years of experience. Lindsay at the front desk truly stood out and made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. The facilities are unmatched: huge showers stocked with everything you could possibly need, a relaxing room filled with delicious treats, and massage beds so comfortable you could fall asleep instantly. I will never go to another

The facility is beautiful is quite big especially compared to other spas in New York. It’s a brand new facility. 2 steam rooms and a sauna. 2 lounges , great service The Massage was ok ..90mins came out to be a little over $500 with gratuity Wish they had more product options to use in the locker room , especially since they have a large product line . I did not like their shampoo and conditioner. It left my hair, really weighed and heavy . I had to ask for a hairdryer…. Face wash, hair tie etc… Overall, probably the best facility and the Newest in New York.

I did the Aura Nobile facial with Christina and I loved the experience! She’s truly one of the best at what she does. She also helped me with product knowledge and I left the spa with the whole Gold Nobile line and the age reversal is unbelievable. Highly recommend!

Such a great spa, amazing experience. Front desk staff was amazing. Lindsay and Ari were so helpful and kind. 10/10
