I had to calm down before writing this. I paid their $17 fee for a simple manicure, no polish, and the nail person started off by halfway removing the polish, then roughly cutting off a piece of skin on one finger. She soaked my fingers in cold water for five minutes then proceeded to do a rough and substandard job on my nails. I paid her a $2 tip in cash just because, I really didn’t want to give her an extra dime. I could have butchered my own nails for free. I paid and left, but I was hot. The more I thought about it, the less I felt I should let her get away with it. So I walked back into the store 10 minutes later, and I showed the man in the nail and still have polish on them on the tips and around the cuticles and the spot where she had cut my finger. I love that service was prompt and the employees were very nice. Nice and very friendly. I love the environment and she did a wonderful job on my lashes. I have had my nails serviced professionally for the past 25 years. I usually tip 20%. Here I didn't tip. I had a manicure/pedicure... $100. This is really inexpensive and there is a reason for that. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Pedicure: Orange pedicure with shellac (gel), $55. 1.)The tech was attempting to cut my toenails to the extent that it was painful. She cut them too low. She did stop when I asked her. 2.)She cut my cuticle to the point that it bled. She put that "Stop Bleed" stuff on it. 3.) She left polish on the skin when she was finished. 4.) I had to ask her to remove remnants of polish from my toes. Manicure: Fill in with shellac (gel), $45 I asked for designs the tech refused, said my nails were too short. The design was FREEFORM LINES. I asked him to make it smaller?? He said
