Close to the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Cuticles were barely touched, and the polish started chipping within 24 hours. The staff talked through me in what I think was Nepali—unprofessional and uncomfortable. The attitude was in-your-face, and to top it all off, it was overpriced. Never again
I came late to my appointment but the ladies were so nice about it and made sure to get me out in a timely manner. My nails look amazing too. They were very kind and cleaned up my nail area more than my usual salon, removing dead skin and polishing. I will be back!! Their prices were also very reasonable.
They are over priced with a bad attitude. I came back to fix a terrible manicure that chipped — painted horribly and cracked on the edges after 24 hours, when I came back they had an attitude about it like it was my fault. They are not friendly at all. They look at everyone up and down. If you don’t seem to have money, which idk what that looks like now a days, they are racist and talk bad about you while they are doing your nails. Service is terrible for an upper east side location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD MANICURE.
Wow, this nail salon is certainly a notch above the others. It’s super clean, quiet, spa-like.. a little oasis on the UES. I was very lucky to have Maya (spelling?) work on my pedicure today- she did a fabulous job and was meticulous. Her foot massage was seriously A+ and she worked out all the little knots so well! I am especially grateful to her because she took the time to figure out what was causing me pain in my left big toe- examining the area over and over again between different parts of the spa pedicure until she found the issue!
Don’t go here. Charged me absurd amount of money for no design and they looked terrible. When I worked up the courage to kindly ask for a discount after crying about paying so much money for ugly nails they made me feel bad, ganged up against me and made me feel guilty for not liking the work. I wanted them removed, didn’t even wanna keep them. Then they started to speak their own language, I speak 4 languages and I would NEVER do that to anyone, especially a paying customer. Shame on you for making me feel more terrible about something I spent my hard earned money on.
