This store is a life saver! Cause the worker named Shay took the time out her day to send me a video of the product that I had asked for because my local area didn’t have it. Thank you so much and forever will come here.

Buyer beware!! I went in for nail polished and got a rude reception from the Asian owner, gesturing me to get help from the African-American young lady. I stated that’s why people shop online so they don’t have negative experiences he replied back speaking perfect English. They have to come into our communities to make a living yet they don’t respect or treat us with dignity. Patronize business that respect you. Teach people how to treat you. I then felt bad for the young lady who deals with it daily.

I have patronized this business multiple times over the last two years. Today I came in with my children and forgot to give me cosmetology card for a discount. I asked if it was a way to enter in my information and Ruby told me no it’s too late. I said ok, what if I return the items and then purchase them again and she said “no, it’s too complicated”. I asked for the store manager name and she says she can’t give that information out and that she was there alone so they couldn’t come. The bottom line was she was being lazy and didn’t want to offer good customer service.

The store is very clean and organized. Most products are reasonably priced. Staff is willing to help you find what you need. However, knocking off two stars, due to being overcharged on synthetic hair (the price tag on the hair was not the same as on the receipt) and was followed around the store and rushed out to purchase my things. I personally like to take my time and look around to explore new products, and I came two hours before closing, so this was a major con for me.

One of the best beauty supply stores I’ve ever been to! Fully stocked with everything. Extremely good customer service. They even handed me like 5 free samples! GW Beauty supply needs to be EVERYWHERE. I WILL be back!
