WORST nail salon experience ever. This is my 4th time at this establishment and I arrived 30 mins early to my appointment, where I was pestered with questions as they tried to convince me to just get overlay when I insisted on a full set. I requested a basic French color and was told they didn’t have it until someone different went to look for it. The main nail tech Annie decided to do my nails during my pedicure and barely made progress on one of my hands before stopping to take another client that came after me. My basic pedicure took about an hour and after I had to wait for Annie to finish her client. It took Annie 2 additional hours to finish my full set and no she did NOT give me a second coat, no she did NOT dip my hands in wax like usual, and no she did NOT offer any drink or refre

On July 9th I got a manicure that I was told the cost would be $50 for a dip powder because I have soft nails. They did not have the powder and used an overlay instead. Again, I was told the cost would be $50. I also received a pedicure for the price of $35. However when I got home I realized I was charged $100 for the services. When I spoke to them on my next visit I ask for the manager. They said she wasn't there so I gave them my number for her to call me. I never received the call. Today is August 18th and I visited H2O to see the manager face to face. Today I learned the manager was the person that was here the last time I visited on August 4th; and the person that did my sloppy nails, but was told she was not there when I asked for her. They would not give me a refund or a discount f

This was amazing, not only did they take great care of us, very attentive, no wait, very good service, they even offered a back massage while our nails dried.

I have been going here for years and never had a great outcome. The facility is very clean and people are nice, but my gel and dip always falls off within days. I came home after a pedicure this week and noticed that a whole part of my big toe wasn’t even painted. (after paying $3 extra for “long lasting” polish. I got a manicure on Wednesday and by Friday two of my nails already broke off. I wasn’t even doing anything rough. I have never experienced this poor quality at other places only H2O. I want to live this place, because it is so clean, but paying $120 for a service that doesn’t last more than a couple of days is ridiculous. I went there for nail. Had dip powder covered the fake nail and gel polish. I went back because I wasn't happy with it. Here are 3 pictures of my nails. At the other day, I fluffed my curly hair and it got stuck with the nail. It pulled and break my hair. The nail tech said it needs to redo it. I left. I leave it up to God for their greedy and haughty spirits. Reap what they sow for the awful treatment and business too. The business will not good in a long run. I wouldn't recommend friends to go there.
