I went here to get my hair dyed and my stylist Denise did a very disappointing job. 1) My hair did not come out at all like the picture I showed her. 2) She over-processed my hair leaving me with absolutely no curl pattern on half my head. I’m so disappointed with the service and lack of care. I reached out to her and let her know and she did not respond. If you’re looking to get your hair done, I would go somewhere where they know how to dye hair without over-processing and without burning your scalp.

I saw Penny for a quick weave. I showed up on time for the appointment and waited an hour. According to her I have the time incorrect. Customer service is very poor and no apology for the discrepancies. After the first week my quick weave was very loose and a few days later it fell off my head. She took no accountability for the poorly installed weave and told me if I don't care about the health of my hair, I can use glue to reattach it and this is to be expected with a quick weave. I have been wearing quick weave for up to 6 weeks and this never happened nor is my hair damaged. She offered no help for her poorly installed work. I had work the next day and my daughter had to come over to help me...she is very ghetto, insensitive and unprofessional in your face type of personality. Very hoo

I have been visiting Debra, Owner & Stylist, at Hair Aesthetics Salon, for almost 2 years. I am always pleased with my finished hair style & cut! From the relaxer, shampoo, conditioner, foam wrap, finishing hair gloss & spray, Debra always uses top notch products. Best salon by far. All expert stylists in the shop.Denise was my stylist for over 29 years. She recently retired. I now see Debbie the owner she is awesome. Also, Penny has worked on my style she too is great. I haven't missed a beat. Great service from all.
