Hair Bank

I tried to make an appointment in advance. They told me that they would be close afternoon so I have to go 10:30 a.m. I can’t go the time so I didn’t make an appointment. But they called me back later and told me that they changed their mind. They will be open so I can go after 2:00 p.m. I said okay 2:00 p.m then she said “ we have another customer at 2:00 so can you can 3:30 p.m?” I said okay Today was the day I was getting ready to go then they called me again and told me to go Wednesday because they changed minds again and they already closed 12:00 p.m. Why they changes mind last minute so much. I adjusted another plan and rescheduled the other appointment for this but now they ruined my day.

Worst hair salon ever. They charge $40 for a men's haircut, and the lady just started cutting without even asking. She only said, "Do you just want to trim your hair?" and I ended up getting a trim. But she couldn't even trim my hair properly. It seemed like she didn't care about how she was cutting it; she just cut it however. The length of my left and right sides is off by an inch, and when I checked my hair at home, I couldn't believe my eyes. The ends of my hair were uneven, and it looked like she tried to make the length even, but there were many spots where some hairs stuck out at least half an inch more. It doesn't make sense at all that they charge $40 for such a terrible haircut

This salon was recommended to me by a friend, so I took a chance and made a reservation for a haircut. When I got there, they were all super sweet. There was a small scheduling snafu, but Lisa and her staff got everything sorted. I had originally planned for just a cut, but after chit-chatting with Lisa I ended up getting a perm as well. The two staff members working today were very attentive, and I had a great time chatting with everyone. They were super busy, but they checked in with me to make sure I didn't need anything. I'm super happy with Lisa's suggestion of hairstyle/perm, and I enjoyed joking around with the male staff member they had. The female staff member there was super sweet and answered all of my random questions. I would 10/10 go there again, and wouldn't hesitate to reco

I was promptly whisked into the hair washing station once my appointment was confirmed. There was an entertaining assistant that washed my hair and discussed about the area. The actual hairdresser was very quick with my actual haircut, because I requested an easy one. Sometimes they're sequestered to other clients since it's a small team, but they make sure everyone is taken care of. I will be returning here for my next haircut for sure.

I've been going to this salon for years, and they were never once punctual with time. Even if you have an appointment, they often double-book and make you wait for at least 15-20 minutes. The price feels too expensive for the quality of the result and compared to other hair salons nearby. I also didn't enjoy constant gossiping about other people while getting my hair done. I will not return to this business due to their lack of respect for customers' valuable time and toxic work culture.
