Alejandra did such am amazing job coloring and correcting my hair. I walked out feeling like a million bucks! I went to another very popular place prior to coming here and the guy killed my hair, half of my hair fell out. I didn't think it could be fixed or look any better but Alejandra worked her magic! The after photo does no justice, it's not as "yellow", just not the best lighting but you can definitely see how it looks so much better. I'm going to schedule extensions with Keara. BEWARE! Don’t book. The phone and online reservations are not monitored. I booked over a week in advance to get my hair styled for my baby shower last weekend, and I even received an automated online confirmation and text confirmation. However, when I arrived, the person there had no knowledge of my appointment and told me she didn’t work for Hair Bar by Sugarcoat but a completely different company, and she had never heard of the person scheduled to do my hair/she didn’t work there. I have tried multiple times online and via phone to get in touch with someone and have had no success….the person at the salon was able to get someone from the other company operating out of the salon to come and do my hair, but he charged me 3x what I originally booked.
