I wish I could give this salon more than 5 stars. Since the first time I went about 3 years ago I have also had my hair color and cuts come out amazing. I used to only get my Keratins when I’m back in NY. Now I tried their 24 Karat gold Keratin and it’s amazing. I love it and after only using a certain one for so many years I was so blown away on how amazing theirs is. Honestly they don’t charge enough for it!!! Everyone who works their is very sweet , helpful and do a great job.

Wonderful experience with Vanessa, highly recommend. She consulted with me first and listened to what I had to say. Did a beautiful job with keratin & cut sweet personality. Also had a most enjoyable hair wash- so relaxing

I had the best experience at Hair Bar NYC. I got a keratin for my first time and I absolutely love it! My hair feels so amazing. Not to mention when I arrived, from the Front desk person to the stylist, everyone was professional and friendly. Overall an amazing experience and amazing outcome!

Johanna is the best! I get my keratin with her every 6 months and I’ve never had someone take such great care the way that she does. I’ve recommended numerous people to her and they are just as happy as I am. Wet happy customer 😀.

I went in for single process, cut, and blow dry My hair color result was much darker than requested and uneven with areas of red streaks that were explained as “ missed” and though”cut” was needed got a “trim” instead!! Color correction was offered and done by adding highlights which is not advised to be done on my coarse, super dry hair making it even dryer But worse than that the color remained the same darker tone and though even did nothing to ״lighten it” as was explained to me would happen!! Over processed for no reason and charged for the highlights additional fee even though it was the only way to “fix it” as per the salon Very very unhappy and would recommend you go elsewhere to a salon that will not damage your hair or color it incorrectly and then charge you to repair it Which
