Came in as a new client late June to have a beach wave perm on my hair. Unfortunately, it was so kinky on top, tight curls in the middle and straight on the end! I left with it wet and by time I was home in 10 mins I was calling and texting the results of my hair. I was told to wait it out and see. So I did. 24 hrs later same thing, 48 hrs and a wash later was told to do a hot oil treatment and deep conditioning. Which I did, needless to say it did not help at all!!!! So I was stuck with kinky hair on top, tight curls on the middle section and straight the rest of the way down! While at the shop after the perm the stylist suggested a cut, I asked for a trim of the ends of my hair. She proceeded to layer it and it was too late to turn back. We have been customers at Hair and Beyond for years! Both Keri and Brittany do a phenomenal job. Both Brittany and Keri take time to listen, offer suggestions and take pride in their work. My son is extremely particular and loves and trusts Keri with his curly hair! Everyone at the salon is kind, caring and very welcoming.
