I’ve been getting my hair done in Rockford for three years and have never been satisfied—until now! I used to drive all the way to Chicago just to find a stylist I liked. Many people I’ve encountered in the past seemed to do my hair just for the money, lacking the care and passion for their work. But this amazing lady has truly surprised me. She is dedicated to ensuring her customers are satisfied and has exceptional service skills. Just called to confirm my appointment for August 9th which I made this appointment in June, the same day she braided my hair to ensure my appointment was secured. Only to find out she can’t do it tomorrow because she has other plans. I guess if I didn’t call I would have showed up to locked doors. It’s a disservice and inconsiderate. If I was to cancel last minute I would be charged a fee. Won’t be back.
