I made an appointment summer of 2022. My appointment was cancelled the day of in August. I rescheduled for January 28 and she cancelled on me again on Jan 23. She said the 2nd time was due to an emergency, but anyone who needs their hair done would understand the frustration. I'll never know if she is good or not, but there are too many other options to keep waiting, unfortunately.
