I wasn’t getting the results I wanted from my previous stylist, so I reached out to Nicole over a year ago—but at the time, she wasn’t accepting new clients. I was thrilled to finally get an appointment recently! From the moment I arrived, Nicole greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated that she sees one client at a time and starts with a full consultation, including clear pricing before any service begins. Nicole was phenomenal! I saw her client photos on FB and decided I wanted to wait for her to have an opening. I was right. Totally worth the wait y’all! I hadn’t had a haircut and color in years and I needed a reset button. She walked me through the process and asked me lots of questions. She gave me the pricing upfront with no surprises at the end. And she also just seems like a very genuine and nice person! We hit it off. There are other options in the area, but I am glad I chose this salon/shop 😉
