Nancy was VERY understanding and patient with my 89 year old mom. I called ahead to check on availability for a pixie hair cut. She said she had a 30 minute opening if I could get her there by 1pm. Nancy listened to her stories and did a great job. I will definitely take her back in 6 months, as that's my moms twice a year hair cut schedule. Thank you Suzanne and Joyce

I went in for a hair cut and color. The lady seemed nice enough, however she cut my hair and suggested some hi-lights which I agreed to. after she was done putting the color on and the hilights she put me under the dryer. I had never had that done before and I have had my hair cut and colored numerous times. ì guess I was really stupid because, I just figured it was a different kind of hair dye. My hair has never, ever been so dry and brittle and never felt worse. Still over a month later it is still bad. These ladies there hang out in the back room chatting and laughing and even leave customers who come in just hanging and don't even greet them in a respectable amount of time. I am in my 60"s and never has my hair felt so bad like it was burned, excessively dry and brittle.

I just had my hair cut for the first time by Michele Keith. I can honestly say this is the best my hair has looked in a long time! She did a beautiful cut and then styled it to look really amazing. It looks much prettier and much more modern than it was. I definitely recommend Michele for anyone needing a hair miracle💗.

I absolutely LOVE the work of art of Michele Keith. She is Amazingly outstanding, a true artist . She is not only American Board Certified Haircolorist , but as her French -Canadian background, her fashion taste and skills, is above and beyond perfection. She does magic with my hair , as i have very fine hair and I never found anybody who can color my hair without frying my hair out or give me a terrible end result. She is a miracle worker and I will definitely recommend her to anybody who has challenged hair or are very picky , because , she will deliver, guarantee 👍
