Chelsie is an amazing hairdresser! She’s incredibly attentive and makes you feel completely comfortable in her hands. I got my haircut here earlier in the week, with a 50% off promotion. Despite making an appointment in advance, my stylist seemed rushed. I was not asked how I would like my hair cut, my stylist started right in on a cut I disliked. I tried to request changes once the stylist was coming to the end of the cut. I asked for more layering and a more wavy cut, but she told me she already cut my hair as a bob style. Since I was getting a discount, I choose to live with it. After a few days, my daughter wanted a haircut, so I took her to the same salon. The staff was friendly and welcoming to my daughter. I asked if one of the stylists could fix my hair and the young woman with red hair offered to fix it. She took the time to find out what I wanted and did a great job. She worked on my hair close

I had a great experience with Mekdes. Her professionalism really stood out — she was honest, transparent, and very patient throughout the entire appointment. In my culture, hair is a big deal, and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable with each step of the cut. I love my haircut and will definitely be returning.

A very disappointing experience!!! It was my first time going to the Hair Cuttery. Terrible experience with Sophia. I went to the Kingstowne location. I requested curtain bangs, a lot of layers on my hair, and trim dead ends. I chose the following package: Signature Cut with Classic Blowout Signature Cut and Classic Blowout w/Brush Styling +Shampoo +Conditioner On the website it states it starts at $48; however, I paid $71 dollars for nothing I asked for and still left a tip as a courtesy. I did not receive curtain bangs, and my hair has no layers. All I received was the trim and long layers in the front to my chin length. I understand my hair is long but there was not much work done to it; therefore, I don’t understand the price. The place and workers were not welcoming what so ever. To

Chelsea is outstanding! She blended and hid my grays with a tone (some call it glaze or gloss). It will last around 6 weeks and will wash without the stark roots showing the way color does. The toner was spread on my hair for 20 mins, then wash, deep conditioning, and Victoria secret blowout. $120. Great service and energy at this salon!
