I went with my sister to get just a blow out… you can tell which one is a blow out and which one is a shitty version of it. I even showed her a reference picture and it came out terrible. There is one Dominican girl who is named Navidida ( I think) totally sweet heart and she did a great job on my sister, HIGHLY recommend her. My girl was so nice but she did not do what I wanted & it was a waste of money. Be careful when you go.

This was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had. Joseph completely ignored what I asked for. I clearly requested ONLY the tips, showed him about half an inch, and he verbally confirmed it right before cutting. Despite that, he cut around 4 inches off my hair. That alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse. The haircut is uneven, with one entire side significantly shorter than the other. This is not a “styling preference” issue — it is poor, careless work. I have been growing my hair out for over a year, and that time and effort were destroyed in one appointment because he did not listen or did not care. Mariynela was amazing. She was very professional and gave great advise on picking my color. I was a little nervous about trying a new color on my hair, but when she was complete I was amazed!!! It was the absolute best quality hair color I have ever had!! Have… thank you

Normally i come here, and the ladies are great, this time, i had to wait an additional 30+ minutes because he messed up my highlights. Not very happy, for sure i will not schedule last minute and go to my usual ladies.

What I like most about this place and why I’ve come back before is how easy it is to book an appointment. You can see prices online, pick your service and time, and you’re good to go. But honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this last visit. I asked for curtain bangs and layers with the length just a bit longer than shoulder length, but my bangs and hair were cut way too short. The stylist didn’t stop to check if the length was okay at any point. I know I should’ve spoken up, but I didn’t. I just sat there hoping it would turn out okay, even though I was getting more anxious with every cut. I trusted the process and the professional and now I really regret it. Also, I booked the Tea Tree VIP treatment with a scalp massage. I had only booked a haircut originally but added color
