Hair Cuttery

Before and after photos of work done by Venus a “senior stylist”. I have been going to this salon for over 4 years and never had an experience like this. I asked for a full foil, a toner and a trim. My cool blonde highlighted hair has been chopped and turned orange and that’s with the toner I also paid for.

Only booked at the Brooklawn location as opposed to my normal location due to an earlier appointment being available. Big mistake. I received both the appointment confirmation text message and email however when I arrived (early), I was advised the "appointment was not in the system". The employee looked around the salon and said once more that the appointment was not there. I provided the confirmations as proof however all that was said was "can you come back?", with no available time frame offered or any additional assistance. I advised no because I needed the time I chose for a reason. Again, no future available appointment times were offered. Just a blank "what do you want me to do about it" stare. I stood in the lobby and made the appt for my normal location on my phone and left. Upo

The stylist i had today was excellent. She recommended a treatment to out in my hair before having it cut styled and blow dried. She was absolutely knowledgeable on the hair care products. Not only that she did such a beautiful job on my hair,,and she has excellent customer service skills and peole skills. Her name is Venus and she also informed me when I woukd need thr treatment again. She also educated me on box hair dyes thet sell in the i stores I never knew they are not good for your hair with all the chemicals that is in them. I have been coming to Brooklawn hair Cuttery for years now and none of the other stylist ever educated me on hair products like she did and also she styled my hair the way I always wanted it it is perfect. I had an amazing experience with Sally. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and even better! She was incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable and valued. I left feeling confident and excited to rock my new hair cut! :]

Had a very nice person named Diane to cut my hair. She did a great job and very sociable. Looks like I found a new barber for my hair.
