Hair Cuttery

While visiting Florida I brought my 4 year old son to this salon. We were greeted and felt welcomed instantly. My son has never had a haircut and he felt comfortable and excited. Kim showed great patience with my son who giggled the entire time. He loves his haircut.

This was definitely not a positive experience for us. We have gone to this location before and had a great experience, but needless to say very disappointed with how both boys haircuts came out thankfully mine came out ok, but both of them look like they cut each other‘s hair. we did not realize a lot of this until after leaving the location because they wet the boys hair down and combed it back, but as things dried out, it was apparent that the two people who cut their hair did a bad job.

Took our son here, he’s been talking about wanting to grow his hair out into a mullet. Been excited and talking about it for weeks. Explained he wanted a mullet, 10 y/o son asked the lady with the Cheshire cat tattoo for a mullet, we SHOWED her a picture of a mullet, just in case she didn’t understand. Somehow she understood that as shaving the back of his head entirely. Regret tipping. Don’t take your kids here for anything other than shaved heads.

Unfortunately I've been here atleast 6 times. Tried 3 different people. All of them are super nice but the first person was so rough in brushing my hair. Like it was knotted at the ends and she would just yank it. So I tried someone else after a few times. The 2nd lady ruined my layers and since I always leave with wet hair, I don't notice till it's dry. 3rd person I told her about my messed up layers and said she seen it and would fix it but unfortunately it didn't get fixed so I called and went back and she tried to fix it but it didn't do anything. I've always tipped so good without even knowing if the hair will turn out good, deff won't be doing that anymore. Now I'll have to go to professional to get my layers fixed This was all just a basic haircut. Cutting off dead ends , trimming

It was the most pleasant and warm feeling shop. They did all they could to get both my husband and I taken care of. Seemed to know exactly what we needed and did it. Love our DO's!!!
