Hair Cuttery

I actually can’t believe I paid for this. I asked for 1 inch to be cut off and this is what I walked out with. Easily 4-6 inches gone. So uneven. It will take at least a year or two to get my hair and confidence back. Do not go to Shelley. She didn’t show me what she was cutting before she started doing it. Don’t even bother going here, having your toddler cut your hair would probably end up better.

I had a wonderful experience with getting my haircut here. I was scheduled for 1:15 and was brought back immediately. I forgot to grab her name, but she explained all the steps and really took my opinions into consideration. I will be returning here again :)

Sheila was incredible! She was very professional and polite whilst so communicating very well! I have been to Hair Cuttery many times before after being recommended by a friend but had never had the pleasure of having Sheila up until today, and this was well worth the trip! I highly recommend her if you're looking to have your hair colored! She was quick and helpful 😄 I will definitely book for her again next time! Overall my visit was quick and easy, as it has always been, and I really enjoy it every time I come to get my hair done 😁

I can't give ANY stars because my visit was so unprofessional and uncalled for. When a customer comes in and says they're embarrassed about what happened to their hair from the beginning, should be handled respectfully and professionally. No matter what the customer said. I was treated like I was dirty or uncleaned because I told her I WAS homeless for little, was unable to keep up my hair care so it got really tangled and matted do to the different hair products I was trying to use to get the tangles out. The lady who was gonna work on my hair barley touched or look at my hair to see what was going on. Made me feel like she didn't wanna touch my hair because I had said I WAS homeless and I was dirty. End up telling me that I had to shave all my hair off and get a wig. How can someone say

Mckenzie was truly lovely! She cut my daughter's hair perfectly and was super detail oriented. My daughter thought she was really sweet. Great prices too! I 100% recommend ❤️
