Great experience! They were very flexible in modifying the package I signed up for to suit my needs. Great shampoo and style. Only thing that would have made it better is attention to the static in my hair when leaving.

I recd a text from Lily my Hair Cuttery assistant offering 50% off on any service. After 3 days of exchanges about dates and times with the stylist I use and assurance that the code she provided would work I booked my appointment for highlights. When I went to pay, It was not valid and the local salon has had several of these customers with invalid codes. Boo Hair Cuttery! You are obviously aware of this or how else could this “person” access and book an appointment for me? Great way to book appointments with the promise of a discount that doesn’t work.

Messed up my whole Hair - and my upcoming Trip. ❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️ ​I had an incredibly frustrating experience here today. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff’s personal conversations were a higher priority than the actual customers. ❌️❌️irritating conversation with each other- while cutting my hair- to loud and annoying ❌️❌️ ​The stylist cutting my hair and another employee who was just lounging in a chair next to us chatted loudly and continuously the entire time. Having someone shout stories right in my ear while trying to get a haircut is unprofessional and frankly irritating. ​Because she was so distracted by her conversation, she didn't even look carefully at the design I showed her. She completely ignored the reference and messed up my entire hair. If you w

The stylist did great but beware of texts for promos. I was texted an offer to come in at a certain time for a 50% discount but when I went to check out, the discount didnt work. I know its not the stylists fault but I feel so deceived by being promised a discount and then the stylist was frustrated because they didnt offer that discount, just some random text message apparently. Idk it soured my experience with booking and promos but the stylist did a great job on my son's hair.

I have been coming to this Hair Cuttery for years and have found a gem of a stylist. Her name is My and she is truly talented.
