Rayleigh was an excellent stylist! She was collaborative and balanced asking for what my daughter wanted with offering suggestions when she was unsure. We'd never done a color service before and she made several combinations of color before my daughter picked the "perfect one." She was patient, accommodating, confident, and creative! We had a blast doing our first bayalage in pink for a brunette. My daughter looked incredible afterwards! Thank you, Rayleigh!!

Really appreciated the service my daughter received when we walked in to get her bangs cut and hair trimmed the other day. They do recommend to schedule an appointment but we didn't have an appointment scheduled and they still made time for my 9 year old daughter. And her hair turned out great!

Rayleigh did a great job helping me with a blowout after my surgery. She took her time and made my hair look particularly good. I appreciated her special attention!

Ken was my stylist when I visited on February 28th. I requested that I have only one inch taken off my hair and that layers be added. Although I have naturally curly hair, I typically wear it straight. After Ken shampooed and conditioned my hair, he confirmed my requests, and I reaffirmed them. During the haircut, my hair was in my face, making it difficult to see what he was doing. I just trusted that he would carry out my requests properly. However, after he finished, I immediately realized my hair was much shorter than I had asked for. It wasn’t until I straightened my hair two days later that the full extent of the problem became apparent: Ken completely failed to cut my hair in layers and removed far too much length.
