Hair Cuttery

I have curly hair and needed a new cut. Not wanting to force my hair straight I decided to take a chance. I looked online and booked an appointment for the same day and got Skye. She did an amazing job!!! The curls are natural and bouncing. I love my new hair. I will be back regularly!

Love getting my hair done as it’s always a very pleasant experience from booking your appointment to checking out at the end. They all work well together very friendly atmosphere everyone smiles and says hello. They care that you walk out satisfied and feeling great about your experience.

Eileen was great, as usual. Stopped at a few stores after leaving the salon. I had two compliments on my hair . Great job again!

My review is more towards corporate policy than an indication of my particular salon visit/stylist. When you book online, it is not very clear that your services are going to be more than you expected. Depending on what you were born with (hair type) and length, which is fine. However I find it unfair as a customer that this is hidden. Your stylists are likely the ones to suffer and not the corporation. I imagine others simply walk out when the cost nearly doubles, or may short your stylist on their tip - both are unfair to someone making a living. That being said, I do not think I will return to Hair Cuttery despite being happy enough with the results I received (although I do not think my end result it is worth the additional pricing)

Stylist cut my hair about 3 inches shorter than I asked. Longest layer is where I asked for the shortest layer to be. She cut so much off in the initial clip and kept cutting and cutting and cutting that it was pointless to say anything. You cant add hair back once its cut off. Now I have a haircut that I hate.
