We had a great experience and all hair cuts turned out amazing. They really took the time with us to get it right and make sure it was what we wanted. Will definitely be back!

Pixie haircut with Mimi My regular hairdresser called in sick and had to cancel my appointment yesterday. I did not want to have to wait another 10 days before I got a trim, so despite being away from many years I went back to try Hair Cuttery (HC) in Spring Mills. I am so glad I did! I read the reviews and noticed that Mimi received a lot of good mentions, so I tried her. She did a fantastic job! She asked appropriate questions about what I wanted, she listened, and when I asked for her opinion she gave me great suggestions. I have a short pixie and asked for more layers on top and that she use a razor to layer it. My hair looks fantastic, everything is blended - exactly the results I wanted. I have been visiting The Hair Cuttery in Spring Mills Towne Center since I moved out here to Falling Waters, WV in April of 2025. I have always had a really good experience with the staff here and "Never waited more than 3 minutes to be seen". My current Hair stylist is Carrie and she is Great! I couldn't be happier with choosing this Salon. 5 Stars

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with my hairstylist, Ava! She did an amazing job with both my hair and my daughter’s very first haircut, making the entire experience fun, gentle, and stress-free. Ava’s customer service is truly unmatched, she took the time to thoroughly understand exactly what we wanted, made thoughtful recommendations, and made us both feel completely taken care of from start to finish. What impressed me even more is that she had a very busy day, yet you would’ve never known it, she was present, patient, and so easy to talk to. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and incredibly grateful for the attention she gave us. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Ava is your girl. Highly, highly recommend!

Ava took care of me today. She did absolutely wonderful. Her energy was vibrant and very welcoming. This was a first time for me as well. My color came out exactly like I wanted. She helped me with everything and helped pick out the best color that suits me. She is very good at what she does. I do recommend!!!
