I’m pretty frustrated by my full highlights experience. I wanted warm, subtle all-over highlights for the fall/winter. Not chunky and something that wouldn’t require a ton of upkeep. When the stylist was finished, I had uneven roots that were at least an inch long and crooked in many areas. I was quite displeased. For $200, I didn’t think I’d be walking away with full highlights that already came with roots. I have felt embarrassed by my hair and am extremely disappointed.

Salon took my appointment at the last minute and I was able to book with this amazing stylist, Nasrin. She was so welcoming, professional and super quick !! She has her lifelong experience in cosmetology, beaut, and passion for hair styling. She was very kind and provided exceptional service with shampoo and suggestion on hair gel with discounted price. It was my lucky day to meet her and I will bring my entire family here for her. Thank you very much for your excellent service 🌸🙏🩵

I needed a couple inches off just to refresh my hair but I left with completely uneven hair that I am going to need to fix. I thought it would be a simple enough service that I could just come in and leave happy but I unfortunately will not return. I wanted to be a regular because it’s close and priced fairly but it’s a no for me. I’m sure there are many talented stylists at this location but I definitely did not get one of them.

My mother and I have been loyal Hair Cuttery clients for over 20 years, but this was my first—and last—visit to this particular location. I booked a color package that included color, cut, treatment, and blow-dry, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Before starting the stylist wiped thick oil across my forehead and sides of my face without any warning, completely removing my foundation. During the color application, dye was left all over my face and inside my ears. I had to clean it off myself after the stylist finished applying the dye. When I tried cleaning it off myself during I was told to wait and that she would clean it - she left so much dye in my ears and scattered on my face. In the process of trying to clean the dye off my face and ears, my fresh manicure was stained

I had a wonderful experience getting a deluxe blowout by Ammar! He was very kind and made my hair look the best it’s ever been! My frizzy hair is now smooth, silky, and looks exactly how I envisioned it to look post styling. I highly recommend going to him and this location.
