Hair Cuttery

Kaitlyn was kind and pleasant, and at the time I felt okay about the cut — I even tipped well and left without complaint. However, once I got in my car and ran my hand through my hair, I immediately felt a blunt, uneven chop at the bottom and pulled over to look. I had clearly asked for my hair to be thinned with texturizing shears in the mid-section/top area, but instead the bottom was chopped, leaving it choppy and unblended while the area I asked to be addressed was untouched. I also developed a raised, bumpy rash along my hairline at the nape of my neck, which I did not have before. I did receive a refund, but still had to pay another salon to fix the cut. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Went for a regular haircut. Upon trimming my right side (ear/eye area) she lift the trimmer too quickly partially taking a part of my eyebrow. She apologized and "tried to fix it" (there was no way), and continue both apologizing while sometimes saying things like "it doesn't look that bad" or justifying "never happening in all her years of experience. While I can understand mistakes and we are all human, don't underestimate how it affects someone (not to mention for the Holidays!), especially when I was clear communicating it upset me. She ended up laughing off with the cashier about it in front of me during checkout. Really unprofessional! The fact that I was only offered a partial refund on my haircut was the cherry on top.

Cory did an excellent job of coloring my hair today . I live in Boston and he matched my hair perfectly. Totally recommend him and will be back before I go home. Thanks again

Made an appointment yesterday for today with “M J” a beautifully elegant young woman who shampooed, cut and blew dried my hair to perfect perfection ! ( something my thinning old hair does not usually do) But the care to detail and tenderness she had while doing her magic to my hair was simply amazing. Thank you M J ! You made my day !

Set an appointment same day and arrived a few minutes early for my daughter’s hair cut. There was a woman outside smoking a cigarette and once we came in she approached the front counter and the smell of cigarette smoke coming off of her almost made us leave. My daughter has allergy issues and smoke is a major one. The women asked if we wanted to wait or she could cut her hair. There’s absolutely NO way I would let her hands anywhere near my kids hair smelling like that! You work with peoples hair and smoke attaches to it like glue. We waited for someone else. Unfortunately this girl had very little clue what she was doing. I should have just left right there but I tried to have an open mind. We told her exactly how much and at the most to cut off. 3 to 4 tops! My daughter has extremely lo
