I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience for anyone considering this location for color correction. In my case, this did not seem to be the best place for that type of service. I would strongly recommend confirming pricing throughout the appointment. I was quoted one amount at the start, but the final total was over $100 more than the original quote—and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the end result. I’ve received similar services at other Hair Cuttery locations without any issues, but this location lacked clear price transparency. I understood going in that my desired outcome might not be fully achievable, but with each tone that was applied, I became increasingly disappointed. I was greeted by an extremely kind and caring person at the front desk. I explained that I lived in the area and I was a new client. When I described the type of cut I was hoping for, Luz came to my aid quickly. She listened carefully, and she was able to cut my hair exactly as I had asked. Thank you, Luz. I am extremely happy with your professionalism and your talent as a stylist.

Carmen was Amazing! We had a bad experience at the barbershop so walked in to try the salon, she exceeded our expectations. My boy felt so comfortable and the result was exactly what he wanted.
