Hair Cuttery

Got the WORST hair experience here. I did a walk in appointment and was interested in a Balayage. Originally I was seated with the manager, she was nice and gave me pointers of what she could do. Then she found out she was booked and moved me over to Kim. KIM DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she bleached ALL MY HAIR. It was so tragic and also it was all on my birthday. This was over $300. I was scammed. I wanted a balayage which was cheaper then full foils and she proceeded to charge me full foils. I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing because she kept telling the manager to look at my hair and the manager said “the more you look at it the more nervous you get” I knew right then and there I was screwed. I think as soon she was toning it

She was a sweet girl but shouldve told me she didnt understand what i wanted. She made one side longer than the other by a lot and just starts cutting off more and more. and then she calls someone over to help her. I didnt want my hair this short but itll grow. Please hire experienced employees

Had a last minute schedule change and asked them if they could squeeze in a perm for my 11 year old son. They agreed and he loves it. Staff was friendly and the store was clean and well stocked. The environment was welcoming like among friends and family.

My teenager wanted her hair to look like the photo on the left side, she showed it to the stylist, but her hair ended up like Dora the Explorer. She was so upset as this was not a good hair cut.

Neeru did a great job with giving me a trim, adding long layers and framing my face. She offered me hair care products, but she wasn't pushy. Very friendly. I'll definitely book again with her.
