I had a very disappointing experience at Hair Depot in Kissimmee. I purchased a lace that the staff told me was human hair, but when I got home, it became clear to me that it did not seem to be human hair at all. Because of that, I went back to the store to exchange it or request a refund. Instead of listening to my concerns, the staff spoke to me in a very rude and accusatory way, making me feel humiliated. I was shocked by how unprofessional and aggressive they were during the entire interaction. I left feeling mistreated and unheard, and I would not recommend this store based on how I was treated. Customers deserve respect and honesty, and unfortunately, that was not my experience at all

What happened to my friend at Hair Depot in Kissimmee was completely unacceptable. She was sold a lace she believed was human hair, and when she went back to address the issue, the staff — including the owner — treated her with shocking disrespect. Instead of helping, they spoke to her rudely and accused her as if she had bad intentions. No customer deserves to be treated this way. The behavior she experienced was unprofessional, dismissive, and downright nasty. I would never recommend this store to anyone

Shout out to the little lady that helped me find my new lace front. She gave me tips on how to keep it on without having to use glue. Thank you lil miss Aya.

Absolutely the best, very nice, pleasant and they are very helpful. I really enjoy going there for all my hair needs.
